Collected rotating speed and torque signals are transmitted to a data collection system through a sensor set. A calibration result is written in an ECU of an engine electronic control system through the calibration computer. When a test is carried out, the calibration computer controls the rotating speed of the engine through the ECU, and test automation is achieved. From the actual work condition of the loader, the actually consumed torque of a hydraulic pump in the shoveling and loading process of different materials is tested, an external characteristic curve of the engine is calibrated by adjusting the parameters of the engine, and the diesel engine for the loader is made to work in a low-oil-consumption area under different work conditions.
