The invention provides a postprocessing method for production of butyl rubber. The postprocessing method for the production of the butyl rubber includes following steps: a) sequentially performing vibration dewatering, extrusion dewatering and pre-expansion drying on rubber particle water so as to obtain a rubber material after being processed; b) using a double screw expansion drying machine forperforming dewatering and drying on the obtained rubber material after being obtained and processed in the step a) at temperature of 100 DEG C-130 DEG C and under pressure of 15bar-110bar, performingthree-stage drying and temperature reduction when the rubber material enters a fluidized bed after flash evaporation is completed, and obtaining a rubber material containing water below 0.3%, whereinthe double screw expansion drying machine uses high pressure inert gas as a conveying medium, and temperature in the three-stage drying and temperature reduction is respectively 80 DEG C-90 DEG C, 80DEG C-90 DEG C and 40-55 DEG C; and c) after pressing the rubber material, containing the water below 0.3%, obtained in the step b), into blocks, packing the blocks, and then obtaining the butyl rubber product. The postprocessing method for the production of the butyl rubber adopts specific steps, conditions and parameters, realizes good interaction, reduces temperature of the rubber material on the premise of reducing water content of the rubber material, and then reduces running temperature of the fluidized bed on a following route, thereby improving production capacity of a drying line.
