The invention belongs to the technical field of
electrochemistry and relates to a quasi-zero-polar-distance electrolytic tank for
water treatment. The quasi-zero-polar-distance electrolytic tank consists of more than one electrolytic tank unit, and each electrolytic tank unit mainly comprises an electrolytic tank body and more than two
electrode components inserted in the tank body; and each
electrode component consists of a porous
cathode, a diaphragm frame, a diaphragm and a porous
anode, the size of the inner frame of the diaphragm frame is the same as that of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is an electric insulating and water-permeable porous
fibrous membrane. The electrolytic tank provided by the invention can ensure that the polar distance can be less than 1mm because the
electrode polar distance can be reduced to the thickness of the
porous membrane, and meanwhile, after the
porous membrane absorbs water, the resistance is very low, so that the
tank pressure is greatly reduced, and the
energy consumption is dramatically reduced. The electrolytic tank can greatly reduce the equipment investment and the floor area of devices under the condition with the same treatment amount.
