The ion exchange membrane with high current efficiency is characterized by being formed by compounding three layers of perfluorinated ion exchange resin base membranes and a reinforcing material; the three layers of perfluorinated ion exchange resin base membranes are sequentially a high-exchange-capacity sulfonic acid layer, a low-exchange-capacity sulfonic acid layer and a high-exchange-capacity carboxylic acid layer; and the reinforcing material is compounded on one side near the high-exchange-capacity sulfonic acid layer. The invention provides the ion exchange membrane which is high in current efficiency, mechanical strength and chemical stability, suitable for high and low alkali liquor concentration, and low in cost; the preparation method is simple; and in an electrolytic process, the electrolytic tank always keeps high current efficiency and low tank pressure; and products hydroxides have few impurities and are high in purity.

Method for simultaneously recycling positive electrode and negative electrode of lithium ion battery by adopting multi-layer electrode structure

The invention provides a method for simultaneously recycling a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a lithium ion battery by adopting a multi-layer electrode structure. The method comprises the following steps: clamping a positive electrode material of the lithium ion battery with a conductive acid-resistant material to serve as the negative electrode of an electrode system; using the conductive acid-resistant material for clamping a negative electrode material of the lithium ion battery to serve as a positive electrode of the electrode system; adding a sulfuric acid solution into the electrode system; and carrying out solid-liquid separation after the reaction. According to the method, a series of pretreatment operations such as crushing, ultrasonic oscillation, roasting, screening, sorting, magnetic separation, primary grinding, positive electrode material sorting and secondary grinding on the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the lithium ion battery are not needed. Compared with a traditional method for recycling the positive electrode of the retired lithium ion battery through electrochemical reduction, the method is higher in economical efficiency, lower in cell pressure and better in effect, and the positive electrode material and the negative electrode material can be recycled at the same time.
