cutting and molding dough, covering the dough with Japanese banana leaves to form the glutinous rice cake, and putting the glutinous rice cake into a steamer for
steaming to obtain the health glutinous rice cake. The health glutinous rice cake disclosed by the invention is shallow green which is a delightful color, and smells slightly refreshing; the cake tastes soft, sticky and delicious but not greasy; furthermore, the health glutinous rice cake is rich in
nutrition and easily absorbed by a
human body, and further has the health effects of clearing away heat and
