The invention belongs to the technical field of
highway engineering testing, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating adhesion of an anti-
rut agent to a stone material. The method includesthe steps of taking an appropriate amount of clean and
dry stone sample of 2.36-9.5mm size, recording the sample as m1, placing the sample in an oven of 180+ / -2 DEG C for 5 h or more; according to the
engineering actual additive amount, weighing the dry anti-
rut agent sample in proportion, and recording the sample as m2; discharging the mixture into a clean enamel tray, performing film sealing, freezing the mixture into at 80 DEG C below zero for 1 h or more, taking the mixture and removing the film, immediately placing the mixture into a 120 DEG C oven with a shaking table function, performing heating for 30 min, shaking out at 100 rmp, scraping the anti-
rut agent out and weighing the anti-rut agent, and recording the anti-rut agent as m3; wherein when the
mass adhesion ratio is calculated, the greater the value, the better it indicates the adhesion of the anti-rut agent to the stone material. Compared with the prior art, the method is simple to operate and good in
repeatability, theadhesion between the anti-rutting agent and the stone material can be evaluated directly and quickly, and the method is of great significance for construction and production.
