The air outlet (24) may have a normally open portion (32) and an adjustment area (33) in which a control plate (30) is placed, the control plate opening and closing a part of the air outlet (24) so that the amount of air introduced can be controlled. The porosity of the porous copper electrode is 50%-95%, the pore size is 50 nm-500 nm, and the sacrificial metal content is no more than 5%. The porous copper electrode has the characteristics of adjustable pore size and quantity, good air permeability and high specific surface area. The porous copper electrode has better specificity for the selection of target products and is suitable for electrochemical reduction reaction of carbon dioxide catalyzing.

After that, the substrate is heated at a temperature such as 550° C. lower than a normal solid phase growth temperature for a short time such as 4 hours, to uniformly crystallize the amorphous silicon film. A crystalline silicon film is obtained by this crystallization process.

The invention relates to a thermoplastic epoxy resin with thermal reversible chemical crosslinking property and a preparation method thereof and in particular relates to a method for preparing a recyclable epoxy resin by utilizing an ontology click chemistry reaction. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out a click reaction on multifunctional epoxy resin and furfurylmercaptan inthe presence of a tertiary amine catalyst so as to obtain an intermediate of which the end group is a furan functional group; 2) carrying out a Diels-Alder reaction on the intermediate and a cross-linking agent containing a maleimide group, thereby obtaining the reversible crosslinking epoxy resin. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the defect that the traditional cured epoxy resin is refractory is overcome, so that the epoxy resin can realize decrosslinking at a high temperature, so that recycling and secondary processing of the epoxy resin can be realized.
