wastewater treatment comprises performing ozonation to remove and convert apart of organic 
nitrogen and organic matters, and through an 
ozone destruction tank, removing 
ozone residue in water to reduce damage of 
ozone to microorganisms; through 
anaerobic treatment, removingorganic nitrogen and organic matters in converted water and meanwhile performing 
denitrification reaction on 
nitrate nitrogen brought back by 
reflux to thoroughly eliminate nitrogen in the water; through a packing type MBR (
membrane bioreactor) unit, thoroughly decomposing the organic matters, converting a major part of 
ammonia nitrogen through 
nitrification into 
nitrate nitrogen and 
nitrite nitrogen, performing ammonization reaction on a small part of the organic nitrogen, and meanwhile, forming an anaerobic environment inside packing biomembranes for 
denitrification reaction to further reduce 
ammonia in discharged water. The high organic nitrogen concentration 
wastewater treatment is practical and effective, can effectively remove nitrogen, COD (
chemical oxygen demand) and the like in high organic nitrogen concentration wastewater and achieves up-to-standard 
discharge of the wastewater, thereby achieving high environmental benefits and a broad application prospect.
