system is constructed, and high-efficiency directional
hydrolysis is realized by precise control of parameters; the finished product is obtained through subsequent step-by-step inactivation, 10 kDa
ultrafiltration purification and low-temperature
vacuum drying; with the synergistic effect of
microwave wall breaking and
probiotic metabolites (organic acids and peptidases), the degree of
protein peptide hydrolysis is greater than or equal to 38%, the proportion of 5-6 peptides is greater than or equal to 90%, the
retention rate of
cordycepin is greater than or equal to 92%, and the
bioavailability is increased by more than 35%; meanwhile,
enzyme preparation recycling, residue resourceization and process cost reduction by more than 25% are realized. The protein peptide can be widely applied in the fields of
functional food,
feed additive and cosmetic
raw material, and has economic value and
environmental protection benefit.
