The invention discloses an engine oil-gas separator and further discloses an engine comprising the engine oil-gas separator. The engine oil-gas separator comprises a plurality of cyclone cylinders and further comprises an outer cylinder body arranged outside the multiple cyclone cylinders. A cylinder body gas inlet is formed in the outer cylinder body; first-stage separation cavities with first-stage oil retaining structures are formed between the inner wall of the outer cylinder body and the cyclone cylinders; and gas enters from the cylinder body gas inlet, passes through the first-stage separation cavities and then enters the cyclone cylinders from cyclone gas inlets of the cyclone cylinders. According to the engine oil-gas separator, the outer cylinder body is arranged outside the cyclone cylinders, the first-stage separation cavities are formed between the outer cylinder body and the cyclone cylinders, thus the oil-mist mixed gas is coarsely separated, after being coarsely separated, the gas enters the cyclone cylinders, and oil and the gas are effectively separated through fine separating of the cyclone cylinders. The structure is compact, the integration rate is high, the oil and the gas are separated in a multi-stage mode through the first-stage separation cavities and the cyclone cylinders, the oil-gas separation efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the structure is simple, machining and manufacturing are convenient, and the cost is low.
