combination method utilizing Xieqing Zao A to perform
test cross on a plurality of male parents relates to the agricultural technology field. The optional
combination method comprises the following methods of a first season: (1), introducing male parents with the best quality to achieve
test cross with the Xieqing Zao A respectively, and arranging separation devices among cells to prevent
pollen from being spread among the cells; (2), knowing about a period of duration and a head spreading period of each of the male parents in details, enabling the male parents and the Xieqing Zao A to achieve
matching test cross according to
phase difference; (3) observing the
outcrossing maturing rate of each matching

weed out seeds with poor expression, independently harvesting,

plant diseases and
insect pests, taking samples to perform rice quality appraisal, and reserving seeds meeting the standards in the cells to perform approval; a third season: fixing up test places, performing
hybrid indica joint identification, and performing approval and promotion. The optional
combination method is simple and practical, and the cultivated seeds are high in quality. Therefore, the optional combination method has high practical application significance and can increase
grain yield.
