The invention relates to the technical field of sand-fixing soil-repairing agents, in particular to a wind
erosion-resistant modified
polyurethane sand-fixing soil-repairing agent and a preparation method. The sand-fixing soil-repairing agent is composed of a component A comprising diatomite modified
lignin nitrate and a component B comprising a linear
polyurethane pre-
polymer. The component A isprepared by taking water and
polyethylene glycol according to the weight percentage, adding
polyethylene glycol into water, performing even stirring to obtain a
lignin derivative
solvent, dispersing diatomite into the
lignin derivative
solvent, adding lignin
nitrate, and performing stirring at
room temperature for 1-2 h. The component B is prepared by adding an
oligomer diol into diisocyanate, performing even stirring and mixing, introducing an
inert gas, and adding a hydrophilic chain
extender and a non-hydrophilic chain
extender for carrying out a reaction. When the sand-fixing soil-repairing agent is used, the two components A and B are thoroughly mixed and sprayed onto a flowing sand surface to carry out a reaction, and thus a
polyurethane material for sand-fixing and repairing with high strength and high
toughness is formed.
