The invention relates to a preparation method for mixed
bacteria immobilization particles, in particular to a method which adopts
zeolite as a carrier to immobilize the mixed
bacteria. The preparation steps are that: prepared seed liquid is vaccinated to the carrier
zeolite that is treated, under the condition of being
facultative anaerobic, the seed liquid is cultured for 4 to 6 days in constanttemperature to do adsorption, culture and multiplication for 2 to 3 times, and then the
zeolite particles immobilized with the mixed
bacteria are obtained. The invention adopts the inorganic carrier zeolite to adsorb and immobilize the mixed bacteria with fast adsorption speed to a plurality of bacteria, good multiplication effect and simple operation, the
natural environment does not need to be changed and large scale buildings do not need to be built and no secondary
pollution is generated. The prepared immobilized particles are put into bottom mud of polluted water of
nitrobenzene class toeffectively remove
nitrobenzene and
aniline from the bottom mud; when the original concentrations of the
nitrobenzene and the
aniline in the bottom mud are respectively 4.41 mg / kg and 37.84mg / kg, thedegradation rate of the nitrobenzene is up to 100 percent and the degradation rate of the
aniline is 52.51 percent. The zeolite resource in the invention is rich with low price.
