The invention provides an MTBE product desulfurization device which is high in desulfurization efficiency and high in yield. The MTBE product desulfurization device comprises a distillation tower, a stripping tower, an auxiliary tower and a connecting pipeline network. The connecting pipeline network comprises a high-sulfur MTBE feeding pipeline connected with the middle part of the distillation tower; a low-sulfur MTBE discharging pipeline connected with the top of the distillation tower; a first circulating pipeline connected with the upper part of the distillation tower, the top of the stripping tower and the top of the auxiliary tower; a first discharging pipeline connected with the bottom of the distillation tower and the middle of the stripping tower; a first discharging branch connected with the first discharging pipeline and the middle part of the auxiliary tower; a second discharging pipeline connected with the bottom of the stripping tower and the middle of the auxiliary tower; and a third discharging pipeline connected with the bottom of the auxiliary tower. Through the combination of the distillation tower, the stripping tower and the auxiliary tower, the MTBE desulfurization rate is remarkably improved, an almost lossless MTBE recovery rate is achieved, and the desulfurization cost of an MTBE product is reduced.

Spiral rising arrangement mode of blades

The invention provides a spiral rising arrangement mode of blades. The arrangement mode includes a stirring shaft 1, stirring shaft holes 2, hubs 3, hub holes 4, cylindrical pins 5, blades 6 and connecting bolts 7, wherein the blades 6 can be hinge blades, straight blades, backward bent blades, fan blades and the like. When the blades 6 are connected with the stirring shaft 1, the blades 6 are arranged in an anticlockwise or clockwise spiral rising manner, the distances among the blades 6 are the same, and every two adjacent blades 6 are staggered at an equal angle. When the blades 6 in the arrangement mode rotate in a stirring kettle, a defect that only multiple-layer blades can be adopted for a stirring kettle with a large height-diameter ratio in the prior art, and a defect that the stirring effect is poor among the layers of the multiple-layer blades can be solved. The arrangement mode achieves position fixation of the stirring shaft, and the stirring effect similar to the effect of a single-layer blade which rotates while ascending or descending, can promote the axial circulation of fluid in the stirring kettle, and reduces the complexity of mechanical design and operation.

A hybrid positioning method for mobile trends

The invention relates to a movement trend hybrid positioning method, comprising the following steps: a mobile device calculates base station related information and WIFI hotspot information through data acquisition and operation; the mobile device transmits base station data to a server, the server performs signal difference calculation to obtain longitude and latitude of the mobile device; when the mobile device contains a GSM module, the server performs differential position calculation for differential signal values of multiple base station signals; when the mobile device is in a moving state, the server performs movement trend analysis on the data transmitted by the base station to obtain longitude and latitude of the mobile device; when the mobile device has no communication signal and no GPS signal, the server adopts WIFI signal differential positioning; and when the mobile device simultaneously has a GPS communication module and a WIFI communication module, the server automatically adopts an energy consumption algorithm. The method provided by the invention effectively solves a problem of precision of positioning in different geographical environment and different hardware environment, effectively promotes battery endurance of the device and greatly reduces cost of hardware products.
