The invention relates to the technical field of
sewage treatment, in particular to an intelligent dosing
control system based on a BP neural network. The intelligent dosing
control system comprises: awater inflow flowmeter for collecting a water inflow value; a tester for
total phosphorus in inflow water, wherein the tester is used for collecting a
total phosphorus value of the inflow water; an improved ATV
phosphorus removal model, wherein the water inflow value and the
total phosphorus value of the inflow water are substituted in the improved ATV
phosphorus removal model for real-time calculation so as to obtain a dosing trend value and a dosing amount; a tester for total
phosphorus in , wherein the tester collects a total phosphorus value of the
effluent; a BP neural network adjustmentmodule, wherein the received dosing amount and the total phosphorus value of the
effluent are substituted in the BP neural network adjustment module for calculation so as to obtain a dosing amount correction value; a PLC control module, which is used for converting the dosing amount correction value into a corresponding
control signal; and a dosing pump, which is used for carrying out dosing according to the
control signal. According to an embodiment of the invention, the dosing trend value and the dosing amount are calculated in real time by collecting the water inflow value and the total phosphorus value of the inflow water; the dosing amount and the total phosphorus value of the
effluent are substituted in the model for calculation so as to obtain the dosing amount correction value; the
system controlled to
dose a clarification tank according to the dosing amount correction value; and thus, the phosphorus removal efficiency of inflow water of the clarification tank is improved.
