The method for decoloring the biodiesel prepared from the illegal cooking oil comprises the following steps of: (1) performing pretreatment; (2) performing solid acid catalytic treatment; and (3) decoloring crude diesel, wherein the step (3) particularly comprises the following steps of: allowing the crude diesel subjected to the solid acid catalytic treatment to flow from a diesel intermediate tank to a diesel decoloring tank; heating the diesel to 55 to 65 DEG C under stirring; adding an alkaline decoloring agent in an amount which is 4 to 6percent based on the mass of the crude diesel; heating the mixture to 100 to 110 DEG C in 15 to 20 minutes; preserving the heat; performing decoloration for 15 to 25 minutes; filtering to obtain light yellow biodiesel; and then allowing the light yellow biodiesel to enter a biodiesel finished product tank. In the method, the alkaline decoloring agent is adopted, so good decoloring effect is achieved; water washing procedure is avoided; water resources are saved; and environmental pollution is avoided.
