The invention discloses a novel
heat pipe type auxiliary condenser, which is applicable to refrigerators, freezers, cryogenic boxes,
slush machines, ice-cream machines, and other small-sized
refrigeration equipment. The auxiliary condenser comprises heat-absorbing pipes, a condensing
pipe, a heat releasing box, a one-way valve (or a working medium pump), a box body casing fit with the condensing
pipe, an
aluminum foil belt for fixing the heat-absorbing pipes and the condensing
pipe and an insulation foaming layer. Each heat-absorbing pipe is an annular cylindrical pipe with a
radian not less than 180 degrees, and is tightly clamped on the condensing pipe, and the longitudinal tangent plane of each annular cylindrical pipe is contacted with the inner side of the box body casing. The contact areas, contacted with the condensing pipe, of the inner side of the box body casing are round grooves with a
radian not larger than 180 degrees, and the heat conduction area between the condensing pipe and the box body casing is increased. The auxiliary condenser disclosed by the invention not only is high in heat radiating capacity, simple in manufacturing process, low in cost, convenient to
mount, but also has the
advantage that the heat transferring capacity to the insulation foaming layer can be effectively reduced under the condition that the condenser is not hindered from transferring heat to the external through the box body casing. In addition, the auxiliary condenser has the characteristics of zero
energy consumption or low
energy consumption and capability of being wholly recycled and reutilized.
