The deep part of the tire is affected slightly after the temperature is decreased, and can be vulcanized continuously. The technique ensures full internal tire vulcanization, avoids or reduces over vulcanization outside the tire, therefore, the technology is applicable to large-tire vulcanization, ensures the quality of the tire, decreases the steam temperature of outer temperature, shortens the use time and reduces energy consumption.
