The slurry concentrate is made from 100 parts of nano zinc oxide with average particle size of primary particles being 50 nm and below, 5-10 parts of an organic carrion inhibitor, 0.1-0.3 part of an antirust pigment, 0.3-0.6 part of an aid, and 15-20 parts of an organic solvent; the components are proportionally weighed, the organic corrosion inhibitor, the antirust pigment and the aid are mixed well with the organic solvent, the nano zinc oxide powder is added gradually in non-stop running of a high-speed dispersing unit, and dispersing is continued for 5-30 min all the required nano zinc oxide powder is added, wherein the dispersing unit runs at 1500-2500 rpm; obtained nano zinc oxide slurry is ground for 1-10 min in a ball milling machine or grinding machine such that average particle size is 100 nm and below; the nano zinc oxide slurry concentrate is obtained. The slurry concentrate has good dispersion, good storage stability, high solid content, low viscosity, high compatibility and good antiseptic functionality.
