The invention provides a system and a method for simultaneously preparing ammonia synthesis gas and liquid fuel synthesis gas. The system comprises a solid electrolysis cell, a catalyst module I, a catalyst module II, a gas induction device I, a gas induction device II, a mixture of steam and air, and natural gas; the solid electrolytic cell comprises a cathode, an electrolyte layer, an anode and a current collecting layer; the catalyst module I is loaded in the cathode and the catalyst module II is loaded in the anode; the gas induction device I is used for introducing ammonia synthesis gas virgin gas to the cathode side of the solid electrolysis cell; the gas induction device II is used for introducing liquid fuel synthesis gas virgin gas to the anode side of the solid electrolysis cell; the mixture of the steam and the air acts as the ammonia synthesis gas virgin gas; and the natural gas acts as the liquid fuel synthesis gas virgin gas. With the adoption of the system and the method, the ammonia synthesis gas and the liquid fuel synthesis gas can be prepared simultaneously and efficiently in the solid electrolysis cell, the operation and the devices are very simple, procedures for preparing the ammonia synthesis gas and the liquid fuel synthesis gas are reduced substantially, nine steps in two complicated chemical processes are coupled to be one step, and a lot of resources and energy sources are saved.
