The preparation method comprises the specific following steps: (1) mixing epoxy resin with aniline to obtain a mixture, heating, stirring, cooling, taking out the mixture, adding the mixture into a chloroform-methanol solution, and carrying out vacuum drying, so as to obtain an epoxy resin precursor; (2) completely dissolving ethylene sulfone sulfate into an alkaline water solution, adding sodium nitrate, uniformly mixing, dropwise adding the solution into an acetic acid solution, uniformly stirring, so as to obtain ethylene sulfone sulfate diazonium salt; (3) dissolving the epoxy resin precursor into a solvent, adding the mixture into an ice-water bath, slowly and dropwise adding ethylene sulfone sulfate diazonium salt, and stirring to react, so as to obtain a modified ethylene sulfone active dye; and (4) dissolving the modified ethylene sulfone active dye into water, blending the ethylene sulfone active dye into slurry, adding urea, secoisolariciresinol diglucoside and chitosan, adding sodium carboxymethyl starch and residual water, and adequately and uniformly stirring, so as to obtain the active printing dye for the digital printing.
