The method comprises the following steps of S1, constructing a breeding rack which is provided with an upper broiler breeding cage and a lower medicinal earthworm breeding pot; S2, preparing a culture medium in the medicinal earthworm breeding pot; S3, broadcast sowing ryegrass seeds into the culture medium in the medicinal earthworm breeding pot in the step S2, and topdressing calcium superphosphate and ammonium bicarbonate; S4, culturing the medicinal earthworms, namely putting medicinal earthworm larvae into the culture medium in the medicinal earthworm breeding pot in the S2 for breeding; and S5, screening out hypogenetic or weak medicinal earthworms in the medicinal earthworm breeding pot, grinding and mixing the hypogenetic or weak medicinal earthworms with the ryegrass which is planted in the step S3, and putting the mixture into the broiler breeding cage for broiler eating, and taking out medicinal earthworms which are well developed and robustly growing to prepare medicinal materials. By adopting the method, materials, energy and space can be sufficiently utilized, the yield and quality of the broilers and medicinal earthworms can be effectively improved, the economical benefit is increased, and ecological environmental protection is realized.
