A method and apparatus for detecting and mitigating faults in numerical computations of M input data streams is claimed (embodiments of FIG. 1 and FIG. 14). Such faults may occur due to circuit or processor malfunctions stemming from (but not limited to): supply voltage or current fluctuation, timing signal errors, hardware device noise, or other signalling, hardware, or software non-idealities. The invented method and apparatus for numerical entanglement linearly superimposes M input data streams to form M numerically-entangled data streams that can optionally be stored in-place of the original inputs (as in the example embodiments of: Step 2 of FIG. 1 and item 1054 of FIG. 14). A series of operations, such as (but not limited to): scaling, additions/subtractions, inner or outer vector or matrix products and permutations, can then be performed directly using these entangled data streams (as in the example embodiment of Step 3 of FIG. 1, operator g of FIG. 2, FIGS. 6-11, item 1053 of FIG. 14). The output results are disentangled from the M entangled output streams by additions and arithmetic shifts (example embodiments of Steps 4 and 5 of FIG. 1, “disentanglement and fault checking” of FIG. 2, item 1056 of FIG. 14). A post-computation reliability check detects processing errors affecting disentangled outputs (example embodiments of item 1056 of FIG. 14, FIGS. 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b).

The method is characterized by including the following steps: firstly, mounting three or four laser ranging sensors on a tail end executor of the autonomous moving mechanism; secondly, acquiring a normal vector n of a measured drilling plane by utilizing values measured by the laser ranging sensors; thirdly, according to the normal vector n, of the drilling plane, acquired by measuring and calculating, and through a posture-adjusting movement inverse solution algorithm, acquiring driving quantity of each leg when the autonomous moving mechanism reaches a drilling normal vector, wherein the driving quantity is used for controlling a system to realize posture-adjusting movement; finally, according to the normal vector n, of the drilling plane, acquired by measuring and calculating, and through the posture-adjusting movement inverse solution algorithm, acquiring deviation quantity of a tool when the autonomous moving mechanism reaches the drilling normal vector, wherein the deviation quantity is used for controlling the system to realize tool deviation correction. The normal vector detection and posture-adjusting movement method is simple, easy to control, high in controlling accuracy and high in efficiency and speed.

Magnesium-aluminum alloy with continuous eutectic structure and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a magnesium-aluminum alloy with continuous eutectic structure and a preparation method thereof, and the alloy is composed of a magnesium-aluminum alloy matrix and a continuouseutectic phase distributed at the grain edge of the matrix. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) nano-sized titanium powder and the magnesium-aluminum alloy powder are placedin a ball mill, and ball milling is conducted under protective atmosphere to obtain the mixed powder; and (2) the mixed powder is used as a raw material, and the magnesium-aluminum alloy with the continuous eutectic structure is prepared through selective laser melting under the protective atmosphere. According to the preparation method, the titanium is introduced in the magnesium-aluminum alloy preparation process, aluminum atoms in a molten pool are attracted to migrate, and eutectic reaction is generated on the edge of the crystal grain to generate the continuous eutectic phase; meanwhile,the characteristic that the selective laser melting solidification speed is high is utilized, the formation of the continuous eutectic phase is promoted while the content of a second phase Mg17Al12 isreduced, so that galvanic corrosion effect of the magnesium aluminum alloy is effectively weakened, and the corrosion resistance of the magnesium-aluminum alloy is improved; and meanwhile, better interface combination is achieved, so that the mechanical property of the magnesium-aluminum alloy is improved.
