drying filter, an energy saving device, a
falling film evaporator and a
control system, wherein an exhaust opening of the compressor communicates with an inlet of the evaporative condenser through a first pipeline; an outlet of the evaporative condenser communicates with an inlet of the
drying filter through a second pipeline and further communicates with a cooling inlet of the compressor through a sixth pipeline; an outlet of the
drying filter communicates with an inlet of a main liquid
pipe of the energy saving device through a third pipeline, an outlet of the main liquid
pipe of the energy saving device communicates with an inlet of the
falling film evaporator through a fourth pipeline, an outlet of the

control system. According to the scheme, the evaporative cooling type water chilling
unit system and the air conditioner are good in
heat transfer performance, high in evaporating intensity, free of rising of the
boiling point caused by a static pressure head and high in heat exchange efficiency.
