The production method includes following steps: a, preparing the enhancer: weighing salt of phosphorus or phosphogypsum, oxide and salt of magnesium or magnesia and trace element additive, mixing raw materials well, granulating, drying, cooling, and screening to obtain the enhancer; b, preparing the function-enhanced BB fertilizer: fully mixing the enhancer prepared in the step a with at least one of the granular nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer or potassium fertilizer to obtain the function-enhanced BB fertilizer. The enhancer is added into chemical fertilizer raw materials, so that the BB fertilizer produced by the method has high nutritional value for plants.
