The invention discloses a fermented feed protein as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the fermented feed protein disclosed by the invention utilizes a stepwise fermentation way which specifically comprises the following steps: fermenting moringa seed meal with aspergillus niger and rhizopus oryzae so as to have macromolecules, including cellulose, proteins and the like, degraded into small molecules; inoculating the fermented moringa seed meal with enterococcus faecium so as to allow direct use of small-molecule substances; and then, further fermenting the moringa seed meal so as to have fermentation efficiency improved, thereby more effectively increasing nutritional values of the moringa seed meal. Being subjected to the fermentation, the moringa seed meal is capable of producing sour and aromatic flavor; and moreover, the fermented moringa seed meal has significantly improved crude protein content, acid-soluble protein content, neutral protease activity and the like compared with moringa seed meal subjected to single-bacterium fermentation. The invention provides a preparation method of a fermented protein feed and the fermented protein feed, and belongs to the technical field of biological fermented feeds. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing a protein raw material with water, Tween 80 and a peroxyacetic acid solution to obtain a mixed material; 2) inoculating the mixed material obtained in the step 1) with aspergillus oryzae, and performing solid-state aerobic fermentation to obtain a fermented material; and 3) mixing the fermented material obtained in the step 2) with an enterococcus faecium culturesolution and water, and performing anaerobic fermentation and enzymolysis to obtain the fermented protein feed. Experimental results show that the preparation method of the fermented protein feed hasthe effects of reducing the contents of toxic, harmful and anti-nutritional ingredients in protein raw materials, increasing the content of acid-soluble protein, increasing the solubility of protein,improving and regulating amino acid balance and improving the palatability of the feed, so that the nutritional requirements for production of complete formula feeds or breeding of animals can be better met.
