The invention provides a fermented feed for fish. The fermented feed is prepared through performing mixed fermentation on raw materials, composite microbes A, composite microbes B and water, wherein the composite microbes A comprise one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus coagulans and candida utilis; and the composite microbes B comprise one or more of lactobacillus acidophilus, plant lactic acid bacteria and enterococcus faecalis. According to the fermented feed for fish, provided by the invention, a two-step fermentation method is adopted, the composite microbes Aare used for performing aerobic fermentation for 2-3 days at an early stage, the composite microbes B are added at a later stage, airtight fermentation is performed for 5-7 days, and the synergisticreaction of different strains is used for degrading macromolecular protein in the raw materials and reducing the content of anti-nutritional factors; besides, a large number of bioactive substances are produced, and the fermented feed which is high in nutrient value and easy to digest and utilize is obtained; and then other feed raw materials are added, a cold granulating making technology is usedfor cooperation, and the fermented cold granulated feed is prepared, so that active beneficial factors in the fermentation process are reserved to the maximum extent.
