black tea. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) picking leaves; (2) withering: evenly spreading the picked fresh leaf
raw material on a leaf containing curtain of a withering trough, introducing natural wind, and using
red light,
blue light and yellow light to perform light compensation withering treatment in different time periods to obtain withered leaves; (3) rolling: putting the withered leaves into a rolling
machine forrolling, and horizontally
cutting the rolled leaves in a horizontal
cutting machine to obtain rolled
cut leaves; (4) unblocking; (5) fermenting: putting the rolled leaves, subjected to unblocking, into a
fermentation chamber for carrying out stacking
fermentation, and introducing negative
oxygen ions in a
fermentation process so as to obtain tea base; (6)
drying: firstly, carrying out high-temperature inactivation and
drying on the tea base, then
drying sequentially by using gross fire and full fire, and spreading for cooling to obtain raw tea of the theaflavins-
rich black tea. The invention aims at providing the preparation method, which is scientific in process and optimized in process, of the theaflavins-
rich black tea; the method is used for preparing the theaflavins-rich
black tea.
