The invention discloses a hydro-viscous drive characteristic testing
system, and is applicable to simulating
oil film power drive characteristic between rotary interfaces on various working conditions. The hydro-viscous drive characteristic testing
system mainly comprises a base, a motor, a coupler, a
torque sensor, a hydro-viscous drive device and a
hydraulic control system. The hydro-viscous drive device comprises an input shaft, an output shaft, a driving friction plate, a driven friction plate, a left supporting plate, a right supporting plate, a shell, a sealing component and the like. The
hydraulic control system mainly comprises a motor, a double-pump, a proportional spill valve, an electromagnetic
reversing valve, a throttling valve, a flowmeter, a filter, a pressure
transmitter, an
oil tank and the like. The hydro-viscous drive characteristic testing device and the system are implemented according to the operation principle of utilizing
shear force of an
oil film between the friction plates to transmit power and regulating transmission torque by changing the thickness of the
oil film or rotational speed of the motor. The hydro-viscous drive characteristic testing system is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, safe and reliable, can be used for researching on characteristics of flow field, pressure field, temperature field and transmission torque of the oil film between the rotary interfaces on various working conditions, and has practicability in a wide scope.
