The invention discloses a preparation method of a partridge flower 
plant herbal tea beverage. The method comprises the following steps: taking and placing 9-11 parts of partridge tea leaves and 0.8-1.2 parts of 
green tea leaves in a filter bag, and conducting extraction in 30-35 parts of water for 10-15 minutes to obtain partridge tea juice; taking, heating and boiling 7-10 parts of 
wax gourd water, cooling the water to 40-45 DEG C, putting 1-3 parts of oregano leaves, 3-5 parts of chrysanthemums and 1-3 parts of mint, and conducting extraction with covering for 1-1.5h to obtain a flower plantfragrant liquid; adding 4-8 parts of lalang grass rhizomes into 7-10 parts of 
wax gourd water, conducting decocting for 0.5-1h at a high temperature, and when the temperature drops to 90-100 DEG C, conducting extraction with 0.3-0.7 part of stevia and 0.3-0.7 part of green grosvenor 
momordica fruits to obtain a flower 
plant sweet liquid; and mixing the partridge tea juice, the flower 
plant fragrant liquid and the flower plant sweet liquid, conducting stirring at high speed, and performing 
filtration, homogenization, 
enzyme inactivation, vacuum degassing and 
pasteurization to obtain the herbaltea. The 
herbal tea is obtained by subjecting the partridge tea juice, the flower plant fragrant liquid and the flower plant sweet liquid which are obtained by 
raw material sorting treatment to mixing, filtering and homogenization. The method is simple in process and convenient for 
batch production, and uses 
wax gourd as a carrier which adsorbs the 
aroma peculiar to Chinese herbal plants. The beverage has a unique taste and 
flavor, and has cool, refreshing and health-care 
efficacy.
