The invention discloses a cultivation method for improving potato beetle resistance of purple-flower white potatoes. The cultivation method comprises the following steps: selecting disease-resistant purple-flower white potato special varieties with high quality, high yield, strong stress resistance, adaptability to local cultivation conditions and good commodity characteristics as potato seeds, and accelerating germination of the potato seeds; applying a decomposed manure, urea, mono-ammonium phosphate, and zinc, manganese and boron fertilizers to soil, and performing soil preparation and plowing treatment; obtaining potato seed diced tubers by virtue of germination, bud strengthening and dicing technologies, then seeding, and covering a 90cm narrow film; and during growth and development of the purple-flower white potatoes, performing drip irrigation and drip fertilization treatment on the purple-flower white potatoes. By virtue of the comprehensive measures, the cultivation method disclosed by the invention improves the potato beetle resistance of the potatoes, the seedling stage is reduced by 73.34%, the bud stage is reduced by 86.67%, the flowering stage is reduced by 72.22%, the maturation stage is reduced by 48.89%, the whole growing stage is reduced by 70.28%, and the yield is increased by 52.34% compared with that of conventional cultivation, so that the cultivation method has wide practicability.
