The invention relates to a retort char, gas, oil, liquid, heat and fertilizer co-production system by biomass waste recycling; a liquid light hydrocarbon forced mixed gasifier is communicated with a combustion chamber of a biomass retort char producer, a gas outlet of the biomass retort char producer is connected to a gas-liquid-oil separation purifying device, products of the gas-liquid-oil separation purifying device treated by using a process are connected respectively to a biomass gas tank, a wood vinegar tank and a wood tar tank correspondingly, and an outlet of the wood tar tank discharges atomized tar through a heating atomizer and is then communicated with a combustion chamber of the biomass retort char producer through combustor II; the biomass gas tank is connected to combustor I through a control valve; a solid outlet of the biomass retort char producer discharges biochar powder. The system herein co-produces biomass char, gas, oil, liquid, heat and fertilizer by combining the liquid light hydrocarbon mixed gasifier with retorting, medium-caloric-value gas is supplied centrally, and the system is suitable for continuous operation, simple in structure, easy to operate, convenient to maintain, and good in safety and reliability.
