The invention discloses a
dyeing process of tencel / flax blended
yarn for light and thin
denim fabric. The
dyeing process comprises the steps of warp preparation and warp beam
dyeing. Sequentially carrying out pre-
wetting, multi-stage
indigo dyeing, mild oxidation and alternate washing, post-treatment and
drying; the warp beam dyeing is specifically as follows: warp yarns sequentially pass through a pre-
wetting tank, at least four dyeing tanks, an
oxidation zone, a rinsing tank and a post-treatment tank. By controlling the dyeing liquid to be alkalescent, low-temperature and low-tension technologies, chemical damage and physical stretching to tencel fibers are reduced, and fuzzing and broken ends are reduced. The pre-treated activated
fiber and the gradient decreasing dye liquor concentration are matched with sufficient oxidation, the dye is promoted to diffuse into the
fiber, the good
dye penetration effect is achieved, the
colored light is pure, and the color uniformity is guaranteed. And the weaving property of the
yarn is improved through the post-treatment
softening procedure. Due to hydrophilic softness and anti-
wrinkle finishing, the
yarn is soft and full in hand feeling and perfectly meets the comfort requirement of light and thin
denim.
