The invention relates to a
screen printing device for a tubular workpiece. The
screen printing device comprises a base, a driving mechanism, a
liquid injection mechanism and a limiting clamping mechanism. According to the
screen printing device for the tubular workpiece,
reciprocating motion of a moving rod is achieved through the driving mechanism, the
liquid injection mechanism is driven by the moving rod to inject
printing ink on a screen plate, and the workpiece is clamped through the limiting clamping mechanism. The limiting clamping mechanism is driven by the moving rod to move, and therefore screen printing is conducted on the outer wall of the workpiece. Compared with an existing screen printing device, online supplement of the
printing ink and online screen printing of the workpiece are achieved through linkage of the driving mechanism, the
liquid injection mechanism and the limiting clamping mechanism, and a pure mechanical structure is adopted for the linkage. Stability of the device is improved, and the service life of the device is prolonged. Compared with an existing liquid injection mechanism, the
printing ink is evenly rolled through a roller, the screen printing effect is improved, flexible pressure is adopted, the service life of the screen plate is prolonged, and compared with an existing clamping mechanism, flexible clamping is adopted for the mechanism, and the workpieces is protected.
