The invention discloses a method for improving the
corrosion resistance of an aluminum
alloy, and relates to the technical field of aluminum alloys. The method comprises the following steps that (1) an aluminum
alloy test piece is soaked and washed with
acetone, and then washed with deionized water and dried; (2) the surface of the aluminum
alloy test piece is evenly polished; (3) the aluminum alloy test piece is soaked with a
potassium hydroxide solution, then take out and washed with
clean water, and finally dried; (4) the aluminum alloy test piece is placed into a
film coating solution andsoaked for 12-15 seconds, amino
siloxane is added into the
film coating solution, the solution is stirred for 30-32 seconds,
triethanolamine is added into the coat filming solution, the solution is stirred for 35-40 seconds, a
polyamine solution is added, the solution is stirred for 30-32 seconds, heat preservation is conducted, the aluminum alloy test piece is taken out, dried, and naturally cooled to
room temperature, and the aluminum alloy test piece is washed by adopting an ethyl
alcohol solution, and dried. A layer of compact
coating can be formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy testpiece which is treated by adopting the method, and can effectively achieve the protection effect on the aluminum alloy.
