The invention provides a method for preparing nanometer flake
cobalt phosphide through vapor deposition. The method includes the following steps of firstly, weighing a
cobalt source and 2-methylimidazole according to the
molar ratio of 1:8, matching the
cobalt source and a
solvent according to the ratio of 1 mole of cobalt to 20 milliliters of
solvent to form a solution A, dissolving the weighed 2-methylimidazole in the same volume of
solvent to form a solution B, pouring the solution B into the solution A, and performing standing at a
room temperature for 12-24 hours; secondly, performing
vacuum drying for 12 hours or longer after centrifugal cleaning to obtain a precursor; thirdly, weighing the precursor and a
phosphorus source according to the
molar ratio of 1:5, putting the precursor and the
phosphorus source together into a
tube furnace where protection gas is introduced; and fourthly, performing a heating process on the
tube furnace under the
atmosphere protection conditions according to a heating curve, performing reacting for 2-5 hours at 300-500 DEG C, and cooling to a
room temperature to obtain the nanometer flake
cobalt phosphide. The method is stable in structure, orderly in arraying and beneficial for subsequent synthesis
machining, and the
raw material is
nitrate or
chlorate or acetate of cobalt and is low in price.
