The method disclosed by the invention is carried out based on the device, the wall thickness at the detecting point is obtained by calculation by measuring the pixel distance of two shot parallel light spots formed on the internal and external walls. The device and method provided by the invention are suitable for detecting the wall thickness of a colorless transparent glass bottle and semitransparent glass bottles with deep colors such as brown semitransparent glass bottle and green semitransparent glass bottle on real time in a quick, accurate and non-contact way.

An enrichment and rapid determining method for heteroatom-containing organic compounds in a soluble lignite component comprises the following steps: step 1: filtering residual solid particles in the soluble lignite component by using a tetrafluoroethylene filter film, placing a supernatant sample obtained after filtration into a sample bottle, sealing the bottle and allowing the bottle to stand still at room temperature; step 2: selecting a self-made polypyrrole film as a solid phase micro-extraction coating, and aging the coating between a direct real-time analysis ion source and a sample inlet before use; step 3: inserting the aged polypyrrole coating into the transparent glass bottle where the sample is located while ensuring that the coating is in sufficient contact with the sample, and extracting at room temperature; step 4: placing a completely enriched coating between the direct real-time analysis ion source and the electrostatic field orbitrap mass spectrometer sample inlet fordetection; step 5: placing a solid phase micro-extraction coating obtained after the detection into methanol for washing, and then drying. According to the method, the solid phase micro-extraction technology is applied to the enrichment and rapid determining of the heteroatom-containing organic compounds in the soluble lignite component.
