coupling environment. The test device comprises a test box, a real-
time data acquisition
system, a main controller, a vibration device, a dust blower, a dust remover, a
humidity adjustment device, a temperature adjustment device, a gas charging / extraction device and a
water pumping / filling device. The real-
time data acquisition
system is used for collecting a temperature value, a
humidity value, a
water level value, a
gas concentration value, a dust concentration value and a vibration frequency value in the test box in real time; and the main controller is used for receiving the real-
time data collected by the real-time
data acquisition system and controlling work states of the vibration device, the dust blower, the dust remover, the
humidity adjustment device, the temperature adjustment device, the gas charging / extraction device and the
water pumping / filling device after analysis. The method can effectively simulate the complex
coupling environment under mine, and can accurately obtain
work performance of mine equipment under the mine complex
coupling environment through detection.
