The invention belongs to the utilization of
lime sludge in
sugar manufacturing by a carbon method. The process comprises the following steps of:
casting molasses
alcohol waste mash to an excrement alcaligene
bacteria liquid according to the inoculum size which is 0.5% of waste mash liquid, introducing air to ferment, wherein the PH value of the excrement alcaligene fermenting waste mash reaches about 5; further, mixing
Cellulomonas flavigena
bacteria liquid to fresh
bagasse according to the inoculum size which is 0.5% of the fresh
bagasse, and uniformly mixing; then, mixing the waste mash after
fermentation of excrement alcaligene
bacteria according to 10% of
sludge amount, the inoculated
bagasse according to 30% of
sludge amount with
lime sludge; uniformly mixing, composting to ferment, controlling the fermenting temperature at about 40 DEG C; and when the pH value of the mixed bacteria soil reaches about 8, obtaining the carbon method
lime sludge fermenting bacteria soil. The bacteria soil is applied to
red soil, so that
red soil is loosened, and rhizospheric microorganisms of crops increase actively so as to accelerate growth of root systems of the crops and stem leaves. The bacteria soil solves the problem that
red soil is hardened due to the lime sludge generated by
sugar manufacturing by the carbon method applied to the acidic red soil, and the production of crops is increased.
