The invention relates to a preparation method for a 
ceramic bond 
diamond grinding wheel and belongs to the technical field of 
ceramic materials. A 
ceramic bond prepared by the invention can realize low-temperature 
sintering of the 
diamond grinding wheel; the ceramic bond has the 
thermal expansion performance with 
a diamond abrasive material, so that thermal stress is generated between 
diamond abrasive particles and the ceramic bond during working of the 
grinding wheel can be avoided or reduced, and the bonding holding capacity of the bond to the diamond 
abrasive particles is improved; the ceramic bond has relatively high 
toughness, and with appropriate 
toughness, the 
cutting effect of a micro-edge of the diamond abrasive material can be guaranteed, the 
impact resistance during grinding ofthe 
grinding wheel is improved, and the shape stability of the 
grinding wheel is ensured; and the ceramic bond has good 
wetting coating performance to the diamond abrasive material, so that improvement on the 
bonding strength between the ceramic bond and the diamond abrasive material as well as the overall strength of the 
grinding wheel are facilitated. For the preparation method, by adding 
lanthanum oxide rare-earth 
metal oxides or other subgroup 
metal oxides, the glass 
network structure can be effectively optimized, the properties, including the strength and the 
hardness, of the ceramic bondare improved, and the grinding performance of 
a diamond grinding tool is enhanced.
