The invention discloses a greenhouse efficiency-increasing system and a method integrating biogas purification application. The system includes a purification device, a CH<4> storage tank, a fuel gasboiler, a CO<2> storage tank, a flue gas purification device, a greenhouse, a flue gas condensation heat exchanger, a gas-water separation device, a CO<2> additional fertilization nozzle, a hot waterheat exchanger, a water collection tank, a water storage tank, a biogas lamp and a control system. According to the actual situation of the greenhouse, biogas direct combustion or CH<4> direct combustion is selected to provide heat for the greenhouse. The flue gas generated by combustion is condensed to CO<2> and H<2>O that are be used as additional CO<2> fertilizer for greenhouse and water for crops, and winter snow at top of the greenhouse is thawed by the flue gas condensation heat exchanger to water that is used as water for the crops in the greenhouse. The system and the method achieve zero emmision of CO<2> while providing conditions required for growth of the crops in the greenhouse, and the redundant CH<4> and CO<2> can be sold or used in other industrial productions, thereby achieving three objectives of greenhouse efficiency increase, emission reduction and income increase.
