According to the infrared drying method, genipin and chitosan are subjected to crosslinking reaction at a certain ratio, and glycerin is adopted for modification, the reaction is mild, is green, and is friendly to the environment. Compared conventional steam drying, the advantages are that: the infrared drying efficiency is high,the temperature is easy to control, heating is quick, resource is saved, and the safety is high.
