The invention provides a high calorific value environment-friendly
alcohol-based fuel, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 40-70 parts of
alcohol-based fuel; 10-20 parts of anovel
calixarene combustion improver; 0.5-4.5 parts of a cosolvent; 2-7 parts of an
oxygen producer; 1-5 parts of a stabilizer; 0.1-0.5 part of Tween; and 1-2 parts of
triethanolamine. The novel
calixarene combustion improver is prepared according to the method of: in a four-mouth
bottle equipped with a stirrer, a
nitrogen protection device, a
thermometer and a water segregator, adding p-methoxyphenol,
paraformaldehyde, a
sodium hydroxide solution,
naphthalene and a
solvent xylene, introducing
nitrogen for protection, conducting
oil bath heating to
reflux, carrying out reaction for 4h, performing cooling to
room temperature, conducting filtering, and washing the
filter cake with
toluene,
petroleum ether,
acetone and water respectively in order, performing
drying, then performing dissolving in
chloroform, conducting heating concentration, carrying out cooling to
room temperature, and performing filtering to obtain yellow
powder. Compared with refined
methanol fuel or
ethanol fuel, thehigh calorific value environment-friendly
alcohol-based fuel prepared according to the invention has wide source, low cost, and higher calorific value, does not generate
toxic gas during
combustion, and is economical and environment-friendly.
