The method has the advantages that ovulation quantity and egg quality of the leeches can be effectively improved through feeding in stages in time of temporary breeding, economic performance is enhanced; in addition, in the subsequent process of egg hatching, the occurrence of cleavage and hatching of seedlings is promoted, and the efficiency and economic benefit of leech and rice culture are improved through the stereoscopic breeding method.
