The fagopyrum tararicum germ and astragalus membranaceus containing stirred nutrient yoghourt is novel fermented yoghourt which contains fagopyrum tararicum, fagopyrum tararicum germs and astragalus membranaceus powder, and is rich in nutrient components such as flavones, saponin, polysaccharide, protein and dietary fiber.
