The high energy blasting method provides improved rock fragmentation through increased explosive energy concentration while simultaneously alleviating deleterious environment blast effects.

The anionic ecological multicolour paint is a composition prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of nano-acrylic emulsion, 5-15 parts of pearl powder, 5-15 parts of 3% hydroxyethylcellulose, 0.1-0.5 parts of anionic additive, 0.1-1 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-0.5 parts of bactericide, 0.1-0.5 parts of functional additive, 0.1-0.5 parts of mildewcide, 1-5 parts of antifreezing agent, 1-5 parts of film-forming additive, 0.1-0.5 parts of thickening agent, and 20-30 parts of deionized water. The anionic ecological multicolour paint disclosed by the invention has the functions of reducing the contents of VOC (volatile organic compounds) and heavy metals, statically and continuously releasing 3200 anions per cubic metre, removing harmful gases such as formaldehyde, ammonia and benzene, resisting and inhibiting bacteria, and the like; and the anionic ecological multicolour paint is colourful, environmentally-friendly, and low in pollution index.
