The fresh spilanthol plants are pretreated with the bacillus subtilis solution, so that the yield of spilanthol in the extract can be significantly improved. The alcohol and the organic ester can be recycled as the extraction solvent, the process parameters of the extraction are optimized, and the extraction efficiency and the content of the effective component are optimized.
