The invention discloses phase-change energy-storage temperature-regulating foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The phase-change energy-storage temperature-regulating foam concrete is prepared from 100-500 parts of phase-change energy-storage particles, 800-1000 parts of ordinary portland cement, 0-100 parts of quick-hardening cement, 0-300 parts of a filler, 5-10 parts of an accelerator, 5-10 parts of fibers, 0.5-1 part of a thickening time control agent, 2-6 parts of a foam stabilizer, 20-60 parts of a waterproof agent, 400-700 parts of water and 30-100 parts of a foaming agent.
