The invention relates to an environment-friendly thermoplastic wood-plastic composite and a production technology of the wood-plastic composite. The wood-plastic composite comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of wood dust, 6-12 parts of bamboo dust, 35-45 parts of waste plastic, 10-15 parts of wheat straw, 6-15 parts of bagasse, 15-30 parts of soybean hull, 6-8 parts of peanut shell, 5-8 parts of egg shell, 6-12 parts of rice hull, 5-10 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 5-10 parts of crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 3-8 parts of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane. The wood-plastic composite has good physical and mechanical properties, is high in bearing capacity, long in service life and high in water resistance, is not liable to deform, is not damaged by worms, does not generate fungi, is acid-alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, nontoxic, pollution-free and radiation-free, can be completely recovered and regenerated, meets an environment-friendly requirement, is a structural material, and can be sawn, planed and nailed; wood-plastic composites of various dimensions and specifications can be prepared and assembled according to customer demands; local damage of a product can be maintained and reconstituted; the flame resistance is adjustable; a color can be adjusted at random; the raw materials most adopt wastes; the price is low; secondary utilization of the wastes is achieved; an environment is protected; and an economic benefit is significant.
