The invention discloses a diesel engine particulate matter catcher regenerative burner and an oil-injecting combustion-supporting compound regenerative system, aiming at providing a burner which can reliably fire under the full working condition of a diesel engine and a regenerative system. The burner comprises an internal barrel, an external barrel, an air inlet system, electric heat plug seats, a first-stage oil supply system, a second-stage oil supply system and a third-stage oil supply system, wherein the internal barrel is concentrically fixed in the external barrel by a support, two ends of the external barrel are air outlets, one end of the internal barrel is sealed, the other end of the internal barrel is opened and is opposite to the air outlets of the external barrel, and an internal chamber of the internal barrel is taken as a combustor; the air inlet system comprises a main air inlet pipe and a subsidiary air inlet pipe, the main air inlet pipe penetrates through the sealed end of the internal barrel to enter into the combustor, the part of the main air inlet pipe in the combustor is provided with a plurality of rows of air inlet holes, and the electric heat plug seats arranged at the upper parts of the first row of air inlet holes are internally provided with electric heat plugs; and the lower ends of the electric heat plug seats are communicated with the combustor, the lower ends of the electric heat plugs are provided with first-stage oil distributing silk screens, and an air outlet of the subsidiary air inlet pipe leads to the lower parts of the first-stage oil distributing silk screens.
