The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a BIM structural model of the arched pipe truss is established; (2) horizontal integrated pre-assembly and segment welding are performed in a factory for the pipe truss to form truss bodies to be transport to a site; (3) the truss bodies are assembled to form two main trusses; (4) in-span brackets are installed; (5) the two main trusses are lifted and welded to connect the two main trusses into the pipe truss; (6) the assembled pipe truss is lifted in place to complete installation of the pipe truss; (7) the steps 2-6 are repeated to form two pipe trusses, a secondary truss and a roof support are installed, so that the installed part forms a whole force system; and (8) the steps 2-7 are repeated until all pipe trusses are installed. According to the rapid construction method of the arched pipe truss, in-span vertical one-time splicing rapid construction of the arched pipe truss can be completed in the case of poor on-site site conditions, the risks of working at height are reduced, the construction period is ensured, the construction cost is saved, and multiple purposes are achieved at one stroke.

The dephosphorization flocculating agent is formed by compounding an inorganic flocculating agent and an organic flocculating agent. The raw materials of the inorganic flocculating agent comprise sodium ferrate, borax, ferrous sulfate, silicate or aluminate; the raw materials of the organic flocculating agent comprise modified chitosan or modified polyacrylamide. The preparation process comprises the following steps: firstly adding a non-oxidizing acid into the silicate or aluminate to obtain a polysilicate colloid or an aluminum hydroxide colloid, then adding a borax solution and a sodium ferrate solution sequentially while stirring, further dropping a ferrous sulfate solution, mixing to form the inorganic flocculating agent, standing, then adding the modified polyacrylamide or modified chitosan into the inorganic flocculating agent, curing and adding the acid till the pH value is less than 7 to obtain the finished dephosphorization flocculating agent. The flocculating agent is suitable for a wide range of water quality, is little affected by co-existing salts, the pH value of sewage and temperature and is particularly effective for dye wastewater, oilfield sewage and the like.

Spontaneous nucleation growth method for thallium bromide single-crystal

The invention provides a method for growing thallium bromide monocrystal by spontaneous nucleation, comprising the following steps of: 1) filling a thallium bromide material into a cylindrical ampoule with diameter of 8 to 15mm, vacuumizing, sealing, and processing one end of the ampoule into a cone with the cone angle between 15 and 45 degrees; 2) placing the ampoule into a vertical tube furnace with the conical end towards the bottom of the furnace, heating the vertical tube furnace to enable the temperature of the thallium bromide material in the conical tip not to be lower than the melting point of thallium bromide, raising the temperature from the conical tip upward to the inside of a top area of the thallium bromide material with the temperature gradient between 1.0 and 1.5 DEG C/mm, and then, insulating; 3) reducing the temperature of the tube furnace to between 450 and 460 DEG C at the speed between 1 and 5 DEG C/h; and 4) cooling the ampoule to room temperature along with the furnace. Because a heater and the ampoule are not required to be moved, the invention saves the complicated mechanical transmission device, simplifies the technology and reduces cost. The ampoule and the heater are both fixed, the temperature field is stable, heat inside the crystal and molten mass is uniformly distributed, a convex growth interface can be easily acquired, and the thallium bromide with good integrity and considerable size can be grown.
