The invention discloses an energy-saving down
drying machine which comprises a shell, a
microwave heater, a
light transmission partition board, a screen, a stirring shaft and an
ultraviolet lamp. The
light transmission partition board is arranged in the shell. The screen is arranged in the middle portion of the shell. The
microwave heater is arranged between the upper portion of the shell and the
light transmission partition board. The
ultraviolet lamp is fixed to the top of the shell. An
air blower and a dehumidification exhaust fan are arranged on the upper side of the shell respectively. An air inflow
pipe is connected to the lower side of the
air blower. An
electric heating device is arranged at the portion, located on the outer side of the shell, of the air inflow
pipe. The stirring shaft supported by a bearing is arranged at the lower portion of the shell. Multiple stirring rods are evenly arranged on the stirring shaft in the axial direction. By the adoption of the energy-saving down
drying machine,
microwave heating and hot
air heating are used in a matched manner, heating in a
steam heating manner, a conductive oil heating manner and the like is replaced, energy is saved, dehumidification is performed in time, and the
drying speed is increased greatly;
ultraviolet rays are adopted for sterilization after the drying is completed, and dried down meets the sanitary requirement; and meanwhile the energy-saving down drying
machine is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to use and suitable for popularization.
